Despite the reclassification of domestic gardens to Greenfield land, permission was gained for single dwelling on the garden of an existing property. The design route taken presents a contemporary twist on surrounding properties which feature a varied pitch room. The realised house presents a modern addition in keeping with the quiet residential street.
The design creates high quality living accommodation. Spacious open plan living spaces flow onto an external living area at the rear. Beneath the large roof area, a carport provides sheltered access to the main entrance and an attached garage. The First floor features three large bedrooms and en-suite accommodation to the master bedroom.
In line with the modern approach the design, rainwater is harvested and stored for use from the roof area.
